Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days from the date you receive your parcel.

To process your claim, clear photo or video evidence is required. Eligible defects include:

  • Cracks, dents, or major scratches

  • Unremovable stains

  • Defective temperature retention (sweating or failure to maintain heat/cold)

  • Leakage issues

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.

Refunds

Once your claim is approved, refunds will be issued for the item value only. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
