Effective date: 6 February 2026

TYESO offers a 2-year limited warranty for TYESO products purchased legitimately from authorized retailers or through tyeso.my only. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and applies strictly to products purchased through official channels.

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage, and all warranty claims must be processed through the original point of purchase.

What Is Covered

This limited warranty covers clear defects caused by manufacturing or workmanship issues, including but not limited to:

• Manufacturing faults that result in leakage or insulation performance issues
  
• Defects in materials or workmanship present at the time of delivery
  
• Defects in lids or components that prevent the product from functioning properly
  

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper use, dropping, negligence, or accidents
  
• Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dents, color fading, or signs of regular use
  
• Damage caused by harsh chemicals or aggressive cleaning agents
  
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
  

Warranty Period

The warranty period is one (1) year from the original date of purchase. The purchase date must be verified with a valid proof of purchase, such as an original receipt or order confirmation.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim:

1. Contact TYESO Customer Support at tyesoauthorisemalaysia@gmail.com and describe the issue.
   
2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).
   
3. Submit clear photos or videos showing the defect.
   

TYESO will assess the claim based on the information provided and, at its discretion, offer a repair or replacement with the same or an equivalent product. Replacement items may be new or refurbished.

Resolution Options

After assessment, TYESO may, at its discretion:

• Repair or replace the defective product with an equivalent item
  
• Offer an alternative product of comparable value if the original item is no longer available
  

Additional Notes

• TYESO reserves the right to request the return of defective products or parts for inspection, at its discretion.
  
• Replacement parts or products requested after the warranty period or outside the warranty scope will be fully borne by the customer, including handling and shipping costs.
  

Warranty Limitations & Transferability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Any attempt to transfer the warranty or submit unauthorized claims may result in termination of the warranty.

Proof of Purchase Verification

TYESO reserves the right to request valid proof of purchase to verify warranty claims. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in claim rejection.
